Since the age of 13, Lenora has been dedicated to making women look and feel beautiful, amassing over two decades of experience in the process. Rickey, a small business strategist and consultant, has guided hundreds of small business owners in addressing their most pressing challenges on the journey toward growth and scale. Together, Rickey and Lenora envision Savvy Salon as a nationally recognized destination known for being an exceptional workplace while providing an elevated, breathtaking salon experience for women with highly textured hair.

I come from a close family and they are my #1 support team. What I love most in my career is helping clients achieve their hair goals while building a great relationships and building my team!
